Agri Stakeholder Education and Orientation

In the ever-evolving landscape of modern agriculture, the role of agrochemicals has become indispensable, especially with the looming challenge of feeding a global population of more than 9 billion people in the near future. A key challenge in this context is maintaining soil health and protecting crops to minimise food loss in the supply chain. As farmers strive to maximize their yields and combat pests and diseases, innovative products have emerged to address these challenges head-on. We constantly engage with our stakeholders through various structured interventions that emphasise responsible usage of agrochemicals, in full compliance with local and international standards.

Demo farms are an effective approach in agrochemical product marketing, providing farmers with a firsthand experience of the practical application and benefits of these products. It is carried out using a single product in selected plots with an adjacent control plot to highlight the efficacy of the product in the treated plot over non treated plot.

The effectiveness of our products and solutions is highlighted with a Farmers Field Day, where farmers gather at the demo farms to appreciate firsthand the positive difference between treated and control plots. Product detail and usage is also explained to the farmers with usage of promotional tools like flyers and banners.

Implemented in partnership with farmers, a crop calendar is developed which covers modern technologies and practices - from seed selection, land clearing, sowing, fertigation, pest management, irrigation practices, harvesting to crop storage with the goal of maximizing yields.

These meetings are an effective platform for farmers to exchange knowledge, experiences and best practices. These gatherings include guided presentations, workshops and the proper use and benefits of agrochemical products. We regularly invite agronomists, crop specialists, and industry experts, who answer farmers' questions and offer insights on the effective usages of various agrochemicals.

Dealers Meetings play a crucial role in our Agrochemical value chain by bringing together distributors, retailers and other stake holders within the agricultural ecosystem. These meetings provide a platform for collaboration, knowledge sharing and strategizing to enhance the distribution and promotion of agro-chemical products.

Forging long term collaborative and symbiotic relationships with institutional stakeholder is a crucial aspect of agrochemical product marketing. These stakeholders include government bodies, research organizations, industry associations, and agricultural extension services.
