After spending just 1 year in Valency Côte d'Ivoire, I am really pleased with how my career is shaping up. The open and collaborative culture at Valency is something that I look forward to on a daily basis. 

The determination of the hierarchy to take environmental and social issues to heart by ensuring the health and safety of the workers and those in the community and supply chain, are the elements that motivate me to continue on this great adventure.

I've been extremely fortunate to work in Valency's Risk Department for two years, which has been an incredibly rewarding experience. In an uncertain business environment, it is critical for a global firm like Valency to measure and manage risk in real time.

In my current role at the risk desk at the corporate HQ, I have observed first-hand the lazer sharp focus on risk management and a risk culture which is part of the organizational DNA.
