Job Purpose

To play pivotal role in streamlining the logistics operations of the country. Supporting the operations team in origin logistics, vessel schedule, tracking of the cargo on high seas / Inside the origin, tracking of customer payment, ensuring efficient cycle time’s and optimize Supply chain right from purchase of cargo in origin to customer payment in destination. 

Duties and Responsibilities 
1 - Understand the process of Logistic function.
2 - Maintain the tracker for Import & export shipments to/from Ghana.
3 - Deal with Forwarder for Vessel Booking and Freight Quote.
4 - Deal with CHA for Import consignment clearance.
5 - Follow up for Import documentation with Singapore documentation team and respective product team.
6 - Align with Product team to clear/ to ship the consignment on time.

Qualifications  
Minimum Graduate with Specialized knowledge in SCM or Logistics, Sap is preferred.
