Job Purpose

• To Coordinate on Daily task and consolidate reports from Trade Ops team

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support to Operations Manager: As an assistant to the Operations Manager, the person will be responsible to  provide quality support to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization’s operations.

• Planning and Coordination: Assist in mapping out plans, ensuring their effective implementation.

• Timely Deliveries: ensuring the timely delivery of task assigned to Trade Ops team.

• Operational Excellence: Work closely with different products within the team to ensure tasks meet or exceed established benchmarks.

• Office hours and to be available after office hours whenever necessary
