Strong quality control such as the Critical Control Points (CCP) system is placed to ensure the highest quality of cashew kernels. Special focus is placed on strict hygienic conditions during the processing of nuts and processing time from steaming to final grading of finished products to packaging is strictly maintained for less than 12 days.The cashews conform to all AFI specifications of less than 10% defect levels, have 0% seriously damaged goods and are aflatoxin free. We use the highest level of fumigation methods before vacuum packing the cashews with carbon dioxide and nitrogen flushed gases. We also fumigate the container for another 3 days before loading.
